Our group provides a venue for carving enthusiasts of various skill levels to get together and enjoy the art of woodcarving. We would like to extend this invitation to anyone interested in joining our family of friends to come visit us & see what we are all about.
Must be 55+
Location: Flower City Senior Centre, (Southwest corner of McLaughlin Rd. & Queen St., in Brampton)
When: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Special displays include paining, drawing, ceramics and craft.
Entry fees for carvings and pyrographic artists:
$5.00 for fist entry
$3.00 for second and any others
Prizes are:
$15.00 for 3rd place
$30.00 for 2nd place
$50.00 for 1st place
there will also be a special award for the overall piece selected by our special guest.

Registration will be held
from Friday, April 16, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Show open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

From the West:
1. 401 east to Marvis Road
2. Marvis Road north to Steeles
3. Turn right onto Steeles and proceed to McLaughlin Road
4. Turn left onto McLaughlin Road and proceed north
5. Once you cross over the railway tracks, at the next light, Bufford Drive turn left into Flower City Community Campus and follow the signs to the Seniors Centre.
From the East
1. 401 west to Hwy 410
2. Exit off Hwy 410 at Steeles
3. Head west on Steeles to McLaughlin Road
4. Turn right onto McLaughlin Road and proceed north
5. Once you cross over the railway tracks, at the next light, Bufford Drive turn left into Flower City Community Campus and follow the signs to the Seniors Centre.
